Furniture Care Instructions for Solid Wood and HDF Furnitures
Wood expands and contracts with the variations in temperature and humidity, Expect each piece of solid wood furniture to react differently depending on the type of species of wood used, it exhibits the real solid wood properties. Any crack/knot occuring due to expansion & contraction can be filled with wood filler.
2. Avoid exposing wood furniture to continuous direct sunlight to avoid fading and other damages like cracking, fibre rupture and to show visible glue line

4. When moving a piece of furniture, do not drag it, move it from its strongest part.
5. Beware of water from spills and condensation on drink glasses that can cause damage to coatings.
6. Donot place hot items on any surface as it may stain the surface.
7. Dust can be abrasive, always clean with a soft dry cloth.
8. Use a soft cloth and wipe with the grainy a furniture polish may be applied if a little more shine is desired.

Once the timber is cut, mineral deposits can show up as chalkywhite lines and dots in the pores of the boards.
